FOR SAIL TRADE-INS

We currently offer two sail trade-in programs listed below. Please contact Luke for more details: luke@trucedesigns.com

Sail donation: Get one or more Truce item(s) made from your sail below retail price. Based on pre-approval of sail’s potential.

Sailing team bags: Get matching (yet individual) bags for your racing team made from your sail below retail price. Good condition laminate sails only, 8 bag minimum. Based on pre-approval of sail’s potential.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We're confident about the quality of our handmade products. If you are unhappy with an item, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 90 days of ordering. Exchanges must be returned in saleable condition (unused and unwashed).

Any items personally customized or embroidered are non-returnable.

Because we're a small, custom operation, delivery timing varies based on queue.  Bags are normally shipped 5-7 days after an order is placed.

+ $14 for domestic continental shipping via UPS or USPS.

Your privacy is very important to us. We won’t sell, rent or give your information to anyone.

Trucedesigns.com employs various Credit Card Fraud Prevention Services, provided by our Online Merchant Processor, in order to insure purchases made from trucedesigns.com are not fraudulent. When you transmit credit card information to complete a purchase or verify data, we always transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format (SSL) to prevent unauthorized transactions.

When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, as well as notify you of your order status.

We also accept purchases through Google Checkout and Paypal.

Federal Law states that your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charge. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must report this problem immediately to your credit card provider in accordance with its terms of use.

All prices and transactions are processed in US Dollars.
